Waiter/ waitress


Basic requirements:


1. Excellent oral communication skills in English

2. Good interpersonal skills

3. Guest care skills

4. Team Player / full of energy

5. Flexible & Adaptable

6. Willingness to learn & excel

7. Working knowledge of ‘Micros’

8. Hotel /Hospitality /Tourism Management related education

9. 2 years relevant exposure within a reputed 4/5 star Hotel / Restaurant

Salary Package:

1. Monthly Basic Salary:

· AED. 900/- ( Non-negotiable)

2. Service Charge :

· Entitled, as per the Hotel Policy, which currently averages @ Dhs1290/- per month; however, entitled to 50% in the initial 3 month Of employment

3. Transportation:

· Provided by the Hotel (Scheduled transportation between the Hotel and the Staff Accommodation.

4. Duty Meals:

· Provided by the Hotel, at the Staff Cafeteria

5. Off Duty Meals:

· You will be provided with AED. 210/- per month as your off duty meal allowance provided, as per Hotel Policy

6. Accommodation:

· You will be sharing, four in one room, in a furnished apartment in Staff Accommodation provided by the Company.

Hostess


Basic requirements:

1. Excellent oral communication skills in English

2. Good interpersonal skills

3. Guest care skills

4. Team Player / full of energy

5. Flexible & Adaptable

6. Hands on experience with ‘Micros’

7. Experience in Restaurant Cashiering

8. Hotel /Hospitality /Tourism Management related education

9. Relevant exposure within a reputed 4/5 star Hotel / Restaurant

Salary Package:

v Monthly Basic Salary:

· AED. 1500/- ( Non-negotiable)

v Service Charge :

· Entitled, as per the Hotel Policy, which currently averages @ Dhs 1290/- per month; however, entitled to 50% in the initial 3 months of employment

v Transportation:

· Provided by the Hotel (Scheduled transportation between the Hotel and the Staff Accommodation.

v Duty Meals:

· Provided by the Hotel, at the Staff Cafeteria

v Off Duty Meals:

· You will be provided with AED. 210/- per month as your off duty meal allowance provided, as per Hotel Policy

5. Hands-on experience with ‘Micros’

6. Excellent knowledge on beverages & cocktails

7. Hotel /Hospitality /Tourism Management related education

8. Relevant exposure within a reputed 4/5 star Hotel / Restaurant


Salary Package:


v Monthly Basic Salary:

· AED. 1100/- ( Non-negotiable)

v Service Charge :

· Entitled, as per the Hotel Policy, which currently averages @ Dhs 1290/- per month; however, entitled to 50% in the initial 3 months of employment

v Transportation:

· Provided by the Hotel (Scheduled transportation between the Hotel and the Staff Accommodation.

v Duty Meals:

· Provided by the Hotel, at the Staff Cafeteria

v Off Duty Meals:

HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR


Basic requirements:

1. Excellent Communication skills in English

2. Good interpersonal skills / Guest Care Skills

3. Multi language skills (Arabic / French etc.)

4. People Management Skills

5. Familiar with Hygiene and Sanitation Standard in Hospitality

6. Proficiency in ‘Opera’ / Front Office POS Systems

7. Computer Skills- (MSWord, Excel, E-mail / Outlook)

8. Aptitude for Skill training within the department

9. 2 years relevant experience within a reputed hospitality environment in a supervisory role


Salary Package:


v Monthly Basic Salary:

· AED. 1800/- ( Non-negotiable)

v Service Charge :

· Entitled, as per the Hotel Policy, which currently averages @ Dhs 1290/- per month; however, entitled to 50% in the initial 3 months of employment

v Transportation:

· Provided by the Hotel (Scheduled transportation between the Hotel and the Staff Accommodation.

6. Relevant experience within a Hospitality environment
